The Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI) is Registered Under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 Reg. No. 17 of 1938-39 and Bombay Public Trust No. F:549 (N). It has a long history of educating Allied Health professionals in the country. It has identified areas of need, pioneered training in them, and has strived to ensure that the training is relevant, of high quality, and affordable. CMAI’s certificate training in Medical Laboratory Technology started in 1927 at Arogyavaram Hospital, Andhra Pradesh.
CMAI is a Professional association of different types of Healthcare Professionals including Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Chaplains, and Hospital Administrators, since 1905.
CMAI Allied Health Professional registration does not guarantee any Jobs in India or abroad also it doesn’t provide any professional license to function, The Allied health Professional registration with CMAI will be purely based on the candidates existing professional qualifications and the submitted qualifying documents. There will be minimal fees for registration which will be informed once the document verifications are completed.
The minimum eligibility for CMAI Allied Health Professional Registration is a two-year Diploma or above with a minimum of 2000 hours of professional training in any of the recognized categories of job roles mentioned in the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act 2021.
Registered candidates will be invited to all future allied health continuous learning programs and professional workshops/seminars conducting by CMAI.
