Interesting Fact: Dhamtari Christian Hospital is the oldest hospital in Chhattisgarh. It was established in the year 1910 by American Mennonite Missionaries. Our generation has seen this Covid-19 pandemic in which Dhamtari Christian Hospital has provided the best possible medical care and treatment and saved many life’s irrespective of caste, creed, colour, religion and influence. Similarly, during the year 1918-1920 a similar pandemic of Spanish Flu had come and claimed several lives. During that time, medical science not being so advanced, but with its available resources, Dhamtari Christian Hospital had served humanity in its early age of existence.​

Achievements- Received certificate of appreciation from the Government for Ayushman Bharat SwasthyaSahayata Yojana. Designated as Covid centre and Vaccination by the government.​
