In continuation of our last webinar “Integrating Mental Health services with medical care ” on Wednesday the 27th of March 2019 and the requests that we have received, we would like to continue with a series of webinars by Dr.Meera Balraj **

The webinars will be conducted once in two weeks. The first one will be on 17th April wednesday and the topic will be “Recognising and Managing depression in general and special populations.” This will be followed by a session on anxiety and another session on suicide. Please share other topics of interest and we will add to the same.

Dr Bimal Charles
**Dr Meera Balraj, M.B.B.S,D.P.M. D.N.B E., M.R.C.P. graduated from the Christian Medical College in Vellore, and completed post graduate studies at The National Institute of Mental Health and Neurological Sciences in Bangalore. She was on the faculty of St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore for 5 years before moving into independent practice. She has developed psychiatric services in 3 different mission hospitals in India. She obtained membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, UK, in 2004 and worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist on the National Health Services of the United Kingdom for about 3 years, before returning to serve in India.
